Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies:

I offer FREE shipping on all Ready to Ship items and custom orders! Shipping typically costs between $50-$150 depending on the size but not to worry, as I don’t charge shipping fees. I currently offer shipping via UPS® Ground within the continental U.S.

Unless you indicate otherwise at the time of placing your order, orders will be shipped to the address we received when you placed the order. Please double check your address. Anything returned to us will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns:

Due to the time, passion, and energy put into each and every piece of art, returns are possible if you don’t love your artwork!

All returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Returned moss art refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The total refund will be the original price of the art, minus shipping fees and restocking fees.

Please purchase insurance on the return as you are responsible for returning the art in new condition. If the artwork return arrives damaged, then the refund may be subject to refusal.

Each piece of art costs roughly $50-$150 to ship, which I pay for out of pocket. You are required to pay the return shipping and item must be in new condition.
